  • With Your Trainers: We share information about you (excluding your email) with trainers whose programs you purchase or inquire about to help them improve their offerings. This may include details like your location, device, and activity on the platform (Account Data; Usage Data; System Data).

  • With Other Clients and Trainers: Depending on your settings, your shared content, such as comments or reviews, may be visible to other users, including clients and trainers (Account Data; Profile Data; Shared Content).

  • With Service Providers: We work with companies that provide services on our behalf, such as payment processing, marketing, fraud prevention, and data analytics. These providers may have access to your personal data to perform their services (All Data Categories).

  • With Business Partners: In certain cases, we may share your data with partners who help distribute our Services or drive traffic to TRAINMORE (Account Data; Usage Data).

6.2 Accessing, Updating, and Deleting Your Personal Data

  • For Clients: Access your profile settings and follow the account termination steps.

  • For Trainers: Follow the steps in your account settings.

Please note, even after account termination, some of your data may remain visible, such as shared content or interactions with other users. We retain your data for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. 6.3 Our Policy Concerning Children

We recognize the privacy interests of children. Users under the required age of consent (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in certain European countries) cannot create an account. If we discover that we’ve collected data from someone under the required age, we will take steps to delete the data. Parents who believe that TRAINMORE has collected personal data from a child under those ages can request its deletion by contacting contact@trainmore.app.

7. Jurisdiction-Specific Rules

Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights concerning the use of your data. These rights may include accessing, correcting, or deleting your data, as well as lodging complaints with the appropriate authorities. 7.2 Users in Nevada

TRAINMORE does not sell your personal data. However, Nevada residents can request that we do not sell their covered information by emailing contact@trainmore.app.

7.3 Users in Australia

Australian residents have the right to lodge complaints with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) regarding any breaches of the Australian Privacy Principles. You can contact OAIC via www.oaic.gov.au.

7.4 Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland

Residents in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland have the following rights regarding their personal data:
